We know that sometimes an order ships before you’re able to cancel it — and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible. Because our fulfillment team moves quickly, most orders begin processing within 24 hours, which means they may already be on their way by the time you reach out.
Here’s what you need to know under our updated 365-Day Refund Policy and our new carrier guidelines:
Can I Refuse the Delivery?
Yes — if you are physically present when the package arrives, you can tell the driver you refuse the delivery.
This is the only way a package can be returned to us once it has shipped.
Important:
Our new carrier does not accept Return to Sender (RTS) packages left at the post office or placed back into the mail system.
This means:
Writing “RTS” on the package
Leaving it with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any drop-off location
will not return it to us and the package will ultimately remain with you or be destroyed by the carrier.
If You Cannot Refuse the Package
That’s okay — you can still request a refund, and we will honor it as long as it meets our policy guidelines. Please feel free to dispose of the package.
Under our updated 365-Day Refund Policy:
You may request a refund within 365 days of the shipment date.
Refunds are for the product purchase price minus shipping & handling. Returns are not required.
Physical returns are only accepted if we confirm a product defect (e.g., damaged item, safety concern). In those rare cases, our team will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank.
