Here is how you cancel your subscription:
Log in to your customer portal.
Click the Subscriptions tab in the menu.
Select the subscription you want to cancel by clicking the product image.
In the top-right corner, click Cancel this subscription.
You may see a short optional survey — if you don’t want to answer, click Next.
Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Your subscription will be canceled immediately, and you’ll see a confirmation message.
If you are having trouble locating the cancel subscription button, you may be clicking "Manage My Upcoming Order" as the only options when managing an order are to skip, or reschedule.
