At naomiw.com, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We’ve made our refund policy as easy as possible. For our full refund policy see the customer agreement below.

Within 365 Days

You must request a refund for your purchase (less shipping & handling) within 365 days of the product being shipped. Returns are not required unless our team specifically requests one. We do not accept returns on any orders unless a product defect is confirmed. In those rare cases, our team may request the product to be returned and will provide a prepaid return label. All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10-15 business days. Exclusions are listed below:

Order Issues

We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse any purchase made through our site.

No Resale

All purchases of products and services through the Site are for personal, non-commercial use only and you agree not to resell the product without expressed written consent from The WellBeauty Company. The sale or linking of our products on or to any third-party e-commerce site, marketplace, or mobile application without our specific written consent is expressly prohibited and this action will invalidate our 365-Day Happiness Guarantee.

International

We do not issue refunds for purchases outside the US.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Coupons and other discounts are not applicable when purchasing gift cards. The gift card balance can be tracked by creating an account at naomiw.com.

Discounts

Any discount applied to the order will be deducted from the refund issued.

Digital Products/Purchases

Digital Products/Purchases are non-refundable unless specified specifically by product. Please contact customer support for additional information.

*Damaged, Broken, or Missing Items

Please contact our customer care team immediately if your package is damaged, lost, or broken.

*Returns

Please contact our customer care team with your order number to initiate a return.
