What Is the NAOMI Rewards Program?
NAOMI Rewards is our way of saying thank you for your consistency and loyalty. Every time you stay subscribed, you earn increasing cash-back rewards on each recurring delivery — starting on your second shipment. Rewards grow the longer you stay subscribed, up to 7% back on every order.
How It Works
Enrollment is automatic when you start a subscription.
Rewards begin on your 2nd delivery — no rewards are earned on your first order.
Earn higher rewards with each consecutive delivery:
2nd Delivery: 3% back
3rd Delivery: 5% back
4th Delivery and beyond: 7% back
Rewards can be used toward future purchases, new subscriptions, or one-time orders.
You’ll receive email reminders before each delivery to see and use your available rewards.
Rewards reset 365 days after subscribing or if your subscription ends.

Rewards begin with the second delivery of any active subscription.

Q3: Is 7% the maximum?
Yes, 7% is the highest reward percentage and continues as long as you stay subscribed.
Q4: What if I cancel, skip, or pause my subscription?
Canceling or skipping resets your streak.
When you resume, you’ll restart at 3% on your 2nd delivery.
Pausing temporarily pauses rewards but doesn’t erase them — they’ll resume once deliveries restart.
Q5: How are rewards applied?
Rewards are automatically applied as credits or discounts during checkout — no codes needed.
Q6: Do I earn rewards on every subscription?
Yes! Each active subscription earns rewards independently.
Q7: Do rewards expire?
Rewards reset after 365 days of inactivity or if your subscription ends.
Q8: How can I track my rewards?
Log in to your NAOMI account and visit “My Rewards” to see your streak, delivery count, and earned rewards.
Q9: Can rewards be used on any product?
No - at present our rewards can only be used on any product subscriptions. We’re actively exploring ways to expand our rewards program to include one-time purchases in the future — stay tuned for updates!
Q10: Is there a cost to join?
No. NAOMI Rewards is free and automatically included with every active subscription.
Q11: Can I combine NAOMI Rewards with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards can typically be combined with most site promotions, but exclusions may apply during certain sales or limited-time offers.
Q12: What happens if my payment fails or shipment is delayed?
Rewards are earned only on successful, completed deliveries. If a payment fails or a shipment is skipped, your streak pauses until the next completed order.
Q13: Will I lose rewards if I change my subscription product or delivery frequency?
No — as long as your subscription remains active, your streak and reward level continue.
Q14: I didn’t see my reward applied — what should I do?
Check your delivery history and confirm that at least two successful deliveries have been completed. If the reward should have applied but didn’t, please contact our support team for assistance.
Q15: What if I have multiple subscriptions?
Each subscription is tracked individually — you’ll earn and progress separately for each active product subscription.
Q16: Will rewards be retroactively applied for existing subscribers?
We’re not able to retroactively apply rewards to past orders. However, as a thank-you for your continued loyalty, we’ll be adding a special credit to your account to recognize your existing subscription and ongoing support.
Q17: Do rewards work on one-time purchases?
At this time, rewards can only be applied to subscription orders. We’re actively exploring ways to expand our rewards program to include one-time purchases in the future — stay tuned for updates!
