How It Works
When Reviews Go Live
Okendo automatically sends review invitations 20 and 28 days after your order ships. This gives you time to experience your product before sharing your thoughts.
We review all submissions within 1–2 business days to ensure they meet our community guidelines before publishing.
Once approved, your review will appear directly on the product page.

You’ll receive an email or text message from WellBeauty, powered by Okendo, asking you to share your experience. You can:

If your order shipped more than 28 days ago and you haven’t received your review link, please email us at [email protected] so we can resend it.

All reviews — positive or negative — are valuable to us. Lower-rated reviews are automatically flagged internally so our customer care team can reach out to help resolve any issues.
Once we’ve worked with you to find a solution, you’ll have the option to update your review if you choose.

Yes. After submitting your review, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a link to edit or update your feedback at any time.

Yes. All reviews are reviewed within 1–2 business days to ensure they meet our community guidelines. We only remove reviews that contain offensive language, spam, or unrelated content — never because of an honest opinion.

We may share customer reviews, photos, or videos across NAOMI’s website, social media, or paid advertising.
