To ensure faster, more reliable delivery, NAOMI has recently transitioned our free shipping carrier from USPS to Amazon Shipping. This change was made intentionally to improve delivery performance, reduce delays, and help you receive your wellness essentials as quickly and smoothly as possible.

While our fulfillment centers and internal operations remain the same, switching to Amazon Shipping allows us to:

Managing Your Delivery Preferences

At this time, delivery location preferences (such as mailbox vs. doorstep) cannot be customized once an order has shipped.

However, you can manage your delivery experience in the following way:

Choose Expedited Shipping at Checkout

If timing is critical, customers may select an expedited shipping option during checkout. This is currently the only way to adjust delivery handling or speed.

Once an order ships, delivery instructions cannot be modified

Amazon Shipping does not support return-to-sender (RTS) or post-shipment delivery changes

Carrier-level requests cannot be accommodated after dispatch
