Broccoli is an excellent source of sulforaphane. The avocado is a great source of healthy fat. Recipes that call for avocado (such as the AvocaGlow, you can include other sources of healthy fat including smoked salmon, eggs, ground bison with sauteed veggies or high-quality breakfast sausage with sauteed veggies or a fat-based smoothie. Broccoli can be replaced with cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, arugula, watercress or kale.
