Dairy is neither good or bad - it depends on your individual response to it. Some people don't tolerate the casein, whey or lactose in the dairy. Others do. Regardless, dairy (conventional) is loaded with hormones and antibiotics that can be toxic to humans. Additionally, even grass-fed high-quality dairy contains naturally occurring hormones that stimulate insulin production. Since the goal of Glow15 is to normalize insulin secretion and improve insulin cellular sensitivity, we recommend consuming moderate amounts of the highest quality dairy you tolerate: grass fed, full fat, unsweetened, organic, and additive free.
