High Days
- eat 45g of protein across 3 meals
- drink as much AutophaTea as you want throughout the day
- eat as much healthy fat as you want (avocados, nuts, seeds, etc.)
- eat veggies as much as you want as long as on the list, preferably later in the day (non starchy veggies are unlimited, keep starchy veggies for later in the day)
- eat fruit from the list sparingly (with evening meal)
- take supplements 3x per day (with meals)
Low Days
- Do not eat morning meal (assumes fast for the 16 hours prior)
- Drinking water, coffee, tea is ok in the morning while fasting (tea without the added oil, coffee black)
- After fast, drink as much AutophaTea as you want throughout the day
- Lunch (first meal) - high in fat, low protein
- Only eat 22g of protein for the entire day (25 grams)
- eat fruit from the list sparingly (in your evening meal)
- take supplements 2x per day (with meals)
Basically high and low days are the same, except for the fact that you are skipping your AM meal and eating less protein on low days.
