There are no calorie parameters on the Glow15 program, and no need to count calories. On Low days, there is no need to cut out carbs, you are only restricting protein. It's fine to have a moderate amount of unprocessed carbs with dinner on Low days. If you are hungry on Low days, it means you are not eating enough food, and adding in non-starchy carbs and goods fats is the best way to get it in. In general, there is no need to restrict fat in your evening meal that includes a starchy carb. If you find that you are struggling with weight loss, this might need to be revisited, but continue to eat your healthy fats with this meal otherwise. There is no need to add in starchy carbs on High days. If you feel better without them (good energy, good mood, maintaining healthy weight, good sleep) it's fine to eat a lower carb diet.
