There are so many wonderful egg-free breakfast options that you can have on the Glow15 program.
Some people enjoy starting the day with a smoothie. Here is a wonderful recipe for a low carbohydrate smoothie that can be enjoyed for breakfast on the Glow15 program.
Low carb smoothie:
1 cup (or more) of unsweetened, full-fat coconut milk
½ to 1 frozen or fresh avocado
1 tablespoon nut butter
1 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked in 3 tablespoons of water for 10 minutes
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Top with cinnamon (vanilla could also be yummy) and add extra water as needed for desired consistency
Another option is having a plate of non-starchy vegetables along with organic bacon or organic breakfast sausage. It's fine to have any savory meal option in the Glow15 program for breakfast on a High day. Loaded Portobello Mushrooms, Super BLT Bowls and Turkey Veggie Casserole are all wonderful breakfast options.
