The Glow15 program recommends working out on High days, specifically four days per week, alternating between RET (resistance exercise training) and HIIT (high intensity interval training). While you can make adjustments, it's best (at least in the beginning) to avoid strenuous exercise on Low days, as your body will be putting a lot of energy into the important work of autophagy. If you do exercise on Low days, pay attention to how your body feels, you might find that you do better with lower impact activities like yoga, hiking, etc.
