The Glow15 program is fine for people with GERD. If you are aware of any dietary triggers of your GERD be sure to eliminate them while following the Glow15 plan. See how you feel with intermittent fasting. You can consider starting with a shorter, 12-hour fast and if you feel well and have no increased reflux, gradually increase to a 16-hour fast on Low days. You will have to see how you tolerate the AutophaTeaâ„¢ and Powerphenols. I would recommend starting with one at a time and giving each new addition a few days to see if it triggers reflux before starting anything new. Some people notice that their GERD improves as they switch to a less processed diet.
