The Glow15 plan, specifically, is a mostly plant-based diet, with some high-quality animal products (for those that include them), and a plethora of nourishing fats. It is not a ketogenic diet, but the plan can be adapted for those who wish to follow a keto way of eating, or vegans alike. The goal really is to become fat-adapted, not to be constantly in a state of ketosis.
