We encourage people to eat whole/unprocessed foods during the Glow15 program as much as possible. A homemade smoothie would be preferable. Both of these protein powders have about 15 grams of carbs/serving. Depending on how you do with carbs, if you decide to keep going with the shakes I would advise having them later in the day and maybe a few times a week. Perhaps skipping the shake on Low days, as you would have very little protein allowance left for the day after having one shake.
