One consideration is to try brewing the tea for a shorter period of time. Start with 30 seconds and see if you are able to drink the tea without experiencing nausea. To see if you are reacting to a particular ingredient, try making it without the cinnamon the first time, make it without the earl grey (green tea only the next time). It's a bit of a process of elimination.
