The Glow15 lifestyle is not a weight loss program, however it can contribute to weight loss if one needs to lose weight. The Glow15 plan is about activating autophagy, our body's all-important natural cleansing process to clean out the toxins in our cells.
If, however, you DO find yourself losing weight, you'll want to pay special attention to adding in more fats and not skimping on calories. You can do this by adding more coconut oil to your tea or coffee, sneaking healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds, coconut butter, etc into smoothies and curries, adding fat to your coffee (like a Bulletproof coffee along with breakfast or after your tea, for example). You might also add in a bit more complex carbohydrate with your evening meal/snacks by starting with 1/2 and increasing by 1/4 cup if needed. Be sure to have adequate protein on High days, about 20 grams per meal or more as needed. Play around with the diet and find the sweet spot for you!
