You will start eating the day after a High day when you have gone 16 hours without food. So, you can stop eating when you like on your High days keeping in mind that the intermittent fast needs to extend 16 hours from your last meal. For example, if you stop eating at 8:00 pm on Sunday, which is a High day with no food restrictions, then you can start eating again at 12:00 pm (noon) on Monday, which will be your first Low day of the week with restricted protein.
