In order to better serve you, we process orders as soon as they are placed.
If you do not wish to keep the order that was recently processed, please submit a ticket to us here for an RMA number and follow the agent's instructions to send the product back. We will issue a full refund once your package has been received at our facility. We will also send you a confirmation that it has been refunded to your card at the time of receipt.
Remember, you can always cancel or edit your shipments in your account area, alternatively, please contact us and one of our friendly agents will be more than happy to assist you.
